UK client supply chain management

A long-term client of HTF uses a two-person HTF team to manage all aspects of their UK supply chain.

This includes input to the corporate S&OP process, through managing inbound deliveries to the UK, inventory levels, receipt at the 3rd party storage site and management of all order to cash issues at the 3rd party. All day-to-day issues, both GDP and commercial, are handled by the supply chain team interacting with various functional areas, leaving the client to focus on sales and marketing activities.
