Business Manager – Management Team Member
As part of the Management Team, Dee heads up the finance division as well as maintaining overall responsibility for day-to-day business activities, playing a central role in improving operational strategies throughout the company.
With an in-depth knowledge across the business, Dee acts as first point of contact for new enquiries and provides a friendly, supportive and diplomatic approach to both clients and employees, ensuring continued smooth running of the business and the team.
Dee manages new licence applications and variations with the MHRA and HPRA and has a close relationship with both authorities, acting as company liaison on behalf of clients.
Prior to joining HTF Associates in 2013, Dee enjoyed over 20 years’ experience running her own business providing administrative and financial support to SME’s in both the commercial and legal industry.
