Lee Spencer

Lee is a pharmaceutical quality and supply chain professional with over 14 years of experience across Quality Assurance, GMP and GDP-regulated environments. Throughout his career, he has held a variety of roles at PCI Pharma Services, spanning quality systems, regulatory compliance, auditing, project and programme management, continuous improvement, and operational leadership.
At HTF Associates, Lee works as a QA Specialist, supporting Responsible Person (RP) and Responsible Person for Import (RPi) activities for a range of pharmaceutical clients. He specialises in the design, implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS), helping organisations develop pragmatic, risk-based solutions that align with their products, operations and regulatory requirements while maintaining compliance with current GDP and GMP expectations.
In addition, Lee provides Supply Chain services, supporting Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), product launches, product importation and supplier management activities. He works closely with manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers to ensure robust supply chains, reliable product availability, and seamless delivery to customers.
Lee’s combination of quality, compliance, supply chain and project management expertise enables him to help clients achieve regulatory compliance, strengthen operational performance and drive continuous improvement across their organisations.
