Louise Bowers-Bird
QA Specialist
Louise has worked in the pharmaceutical industry since 2019, specialising in supporting QA and GDP activities.
She has previously worked as a Legal Secretary and in a variety of customer service and commercial roles prior to joining Therismos Limited, a specialist pharmaceutical wholesaler . This role included the overall management of the company quality system, supporting the RP/RPi and QA Manager, document management across the company, management of Controlled Drug (CD) products and a range of authority and client inspections.
Louise joined HTF in 2022 and works as a QA Specialist, supporting the RP and RPi roles for various clients. She manages the company internal systems for knowledge capture and sharing, as well as involvement in a variety of GDP related projects.
Louise holds an NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service and is an Associate Member of the CQI.
