Amy joined HTF in 2019, supporting the smooth operation of the company and its ISO9001:2015 accreditation. She has previously worked in a variety of management and customer service focused roles as well as a Legal Secretary prior to joining HTF.
Amy helps manage the internal functioning of the company, including financial and IT aspects. She manages the ISO9001:2015 accreditation that covers the internal processes of the company and its continued compliance with this standard. Amy has a degree in Sociology, Criminology and Criminal Justice from Glamorgan University.
