Stella Pinchbeck

Stella has more than 20 years’ experience in pharmaceutical Supply Chain Management, working in several different operational roles with a wide range of pharmaceutical product types interacting with a variety of different countries.
Stella has worked for Eli Lilly and Therismos Limited prior to joining HTF.
Her role at HTF covers overall planning, managing the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, inventory management, forecasting, safety stock strategy, managing 3rd party suppliers, liaising with manufacturing for supply, introducing new products to market and handling a range of day-to-day issues that interact with a wide variety of functions within a company. Previous roles mean Stella is also experienced in sourcing, price negotiation and the purchase of pharmaceutical product.
Stella has a BA in Business Studies from Glamorgan University and various CIPM qualifications.
